Here at Gen Hoe Restaurant, we take pride in our years of experience in Chinese cuisine. Everything from preparation to service is a reflection of many years of serving customers just like you. The ingredients we use are what we believe to be the best available - fresh vegetables, the finest cuts of beef, chicken breast, fish fillet, and ocean shrimp. We also strive to prepare them to bring out its best flavor. This includes cutting and dicing meat and vegetables to various shapes and sizes, as well as browning and frying in works at high temperatures to seal in flavor and juices, all specific to each dish. For our deep-fried dishes, we use the lightest batter and vegetable oil. Our chef's skilled knife and wok work has been refined over the years, but can still be altered to your specific tastes. Thus, your selection can be steamed or fried in varying degrees, and can be prepared mild, hot, or extra hot as well. You can also ask our manager for some more traditional Chinese selections that are not on the menu. Be assured we try our best to provide a pleasurable dining experience. Gen Hoe dishes can also be enjoyed outside of our dining room. Besides our regular take-out service, our staff will gladly cater a special meal for you upcoming birthday, anniversary, social gathering, or any special occasion.
